Things have changed since my last visit. I went in for a recall notice and oil change. I was given a loaner car because of the recall notice and I was certainly glad. It took over 2 days I went in for a recall notice and oil change. I was given a loaner car because of the recall notice and I was certainly glad. It took over 2 days for the service to be completed. When I call the service number, I get a new AI agent that doesn't understand my what I am asking for. I wanted to know if my vehicle was ready, and she just kept telling me that I did not have an appointment scheduled. I finally just drove to the dealership to ask when my car would be ready. I feel confident with the work that was done. However, the day prior to my appointment, a salesman called me wanting to talk about trading in my vehicle. Then prior to check out, I got an email trying to push additional maintenance items for my car that I felt were not necessary. My car has less than 20,000 miles on it. I talked with several different people over the 3 days so it is hard to pick one person to rate. More
