Thank you, Josh. I appreciate your response. I did call you and I left you a voice message. I do have to be clear though, you mention my car "being repaired" but it wasn't being repaired-that is why I am so concerned. I brought my Bronco to a Ford dealer on May 19 for an 8am appointment assuming it would be looked at, maybe have parts ordered, and then fixed. But, parts were ordered 2.5 weeks after I brought it in and I was told the parts came in this week (almost 4 weeks after the scheduled appointment) but only after I called the service manager. So this was more than a week after they were ordered. I was told Wednesday evening the parts are now in and the tech is currently working on another vehicle and "should" be done this week and then will get mine "on the lift probably Monday". This is why I am concerned. I have been without my car now for 4 weeks. I will be making the third car payment on it with the last two payments being made on a vehicle I am not even driving. In addition, I am only finding out this information when I make a call to someone asking about my car. Again, I thank you for your response. I will wait for your return call.

Oh do you mean the customer care team that.... at the end of September contacted me and stated they wanted to make things right and make sure I get the items that were promised to me and offered a smidge more... buuttt come to find out it was just a ploy to try to induce me to sign a new POA to commit more fraud amd when I said no that I withdrew consent for esign and to have anyone use my name and according to your disclosure that I signed withdrawing consent means all docs and signatures are null and void and paper copies are to be sent to me for live signature which i never received just like i never receiced copies all fully executed docs.. not one set of the what like 6 sets you made me sign but the few I did receive they were altered and forged with is fraud never mind the contract has all fraudulent numbers and the yoyo sales scheme of course. Yeah your customer care team is absoutely not a care team and to have the Senior Manager come out and blatantly tell me he is still going to use my signature and expired POA is criminal and umm lets see identity theft! Oh and he knew that I have been dealing with fraud in August and identity theft in Sept with accounts so what a care team to tell me they are going to break the law some more.. you're so nice... and don't forget I have 5 months of every illegal acts each and every person and company did and it is all in writing and the fraudulent misrepresentation started day one with false advertising when you advertised a vehicle for sale when you didnt have title. You do realize you are not allowed to use someobe e-signature and that it is supposed to be protected as well as the docs signed and thry are supposed to be protected from being altered which clearly is not the case and my privacy was not protected as you all willingly committed fraud over and over again..

Oh by the way yeah still dont have a vehicle i can use to support my son and i so thank you care care for caring and i called it the other day with driveways comment .. yep not a peep from anyone just crickets.. ine more thing what form number is a temp in transit plate? Please do tell and also what does the title doc code "P" stand for? And please do tell how is there 2 titles in the registry of PA since II signed first Proposal in May and docs in June? How is there a dup tutle on Sept 6.. 3 days after my temp expired? Why wasnt it forwarded to me in MI? How is my name not on either? Especislly when i signed an original title in June? Please do tell. And why do you need a POA to sign a 2nd title and why wouldnt it have been sent to me? Something else you hiding?? I believe there is an Odometer Act which i am sure will be fraudulent too just like the docs with altering and backdating and lying about loan amounts and adding extra fees and lets not forget about the FTC Used Car Rule Law you decided not to follow.

You know money you were supposed to pay the State of Michigan for sales tax and title and registration fee with and rest as a deposit and also refund me the difference as i was overcharged a ton for fees for the car i have a car i have a loan on that i cannot use and caused detrimental harm to our lives so thank you so much what a care team. And please explain how you all think you are above the law and put someones vehicle up for the sale almost the whole time i have had it? And please. And please explain the yoyo sales as ya know I got a text end of July almost 2 months i had it and it said Im sorry but your financing fell through but I got you a better deal 3% )ess interest 6 months less term and lower payments but drunroll time..... not a single number has ever changed regarding finance which means your broke the TILA and the Consumer Finance Protection Bureau. It was just a frustrating experience. I test drove an Audi s4 and came in the Saturday before the 4th. Banks weren’t open so they said fill an app out for Tuesday when they open. We were going to do what we needed to get the deal done because I loved the car. Very little communication and lack of updates on what was going on without us texting them constantly. I get a text that says sorry the car is sold it sold on driveway. Apparently it is a horrible system because it was days before anyone from baierl or driveway could confirm whether the car was actually sold or pending so they must not communicate with each other. Then driveway said the car was available because I spoke with someone there and the guy Josh from driveway was really helpful and tried to figure it out and was constantly texting me. I don’t think there is anything that can be done to reconcile because the car I wanted is sold and it’s especially hard to find certain cars with the specs you want in this market.
