I bought a car from Alex DeMine at this dealership and have email correspondence agreeing to a price and a day to take delivery. Here is the email correspondence: "I spoke with my sales manager, and we're both excited about moving forward with your deal! However, we wanted to let you know that Pennsylvania requires in-person signatures for car sales, and mailing the paperwork might take longer. So, the best step is to wait until you can visit us to finalize the purchase." Then they told me I needed a cashiers check for but the car and we confirmed Saturday to come in. Then I get this email from them this morning... "Got some unfortunate news this morning, a customer walked late last night and bought the 21 Mercedes, its no longer available." Why would I or anyone else work with you after that!!! More
