I would like to thank 2 guys for there great customer services they gave me when i came in for some car repairs to my vechile.MATT PEASE AND IRV BOLTHOUSE. U made me feel like a customer and not like a person that just came in to complain. Irv Bolthouse, the words that i can use to tell u about him. He is a great customer services rep. he makes u laugh he make u feelike u dont have to worry about anything when u leave ur car with him for repairs. Irv is the kind of guy that if ur day is going bad he can brighten it.Irv makes me smile everytime i see him he is just a great guy. I dont know him personaly but when i go in for any car repairs or oil changes or brakes etc.he always there with that great smile and a kind word if his day is going bad he dont let u know it he continues he job.Irv thank u for being who u are u are a great customer servicesrep. I can't thank Irv enough. I experienced a scary ride into Rockford from Byron, I had no idea what was wrong with my van but phoned Bachrodt at 3:00pm without notice and Irv said bring it straight here. He me Rockford from Byron, I had no idea what was wrong with my van but phoned Bachrodt at 3:00pm without notice and Irv said bring it straight here. He met me at the bay and took my Buick Terraza to the mechanic who discovered the compressor for the suspension had stop working. They tried their best to locate a part for it before closing but were unable too. Irv and another man (younger with brown hair) tried numerous rental agencies for me to rent a GM (warranty) vehicle since I was going out of town the following day with 4 kids in tow. Unfortunately, since it was December 29, no vehicles were available that would accomodate my family. I was devastated, however Irv worked it out and had the mechanic turn off the "air suspension" system so that I could drive it out of town with the knowledge I must be careful and not pack too much weight in the back. Our 2.5 hour trip was uneventful and safe thank you to Irv's kindness. I returned with my van the following week for the repair and added that my light had burned out in the dashboard. They were able to repair both issues in 48 hours. I was so grateful Irv would welcome my vehicle without prior notice especially right before a major holiday and he worked in every way possible to be sure I could make the trip to see family over the holiday weekend. My husband had taken my 2007 Buick Lucerne to the Octopus car wash, while there. somhow the driver door handle was broken. They said take car for estimate and we will pay to get it fixed. My husband came to Bachrodt, talked to Tom, got the estimate, someone from Bachrodt took him back to Octopus, gave them the estimate, they paid that amount, went back to Bachrodt and shortly after that the car was repaired. Tom was very helpful and very pleasant young man. More
Randy has been great to work with and has always been prompt on getting my car in for service. We have used Lou Bachrodt 3 times for service and every time Randy has been friendly and kept me informed o prompt on getting my car in for service. We have used Lou Bachrodt 3 times for service and every time Randy has been friendly and kept me informed on my car. He has set up a rental for me to use while my car is being fixed and explained everything that had been done to my car. I will continue to use Randy and Lou Bachrodt for service in the future and will spead the word on their service. More

We had a great experience buying Mom a new (used) car. She was unable to come to the dealership and so the car was able to come to her. So far the car has been a great investment at a fair price. We would definately use Bachrodt's again. More
