STELLAR car buying experience! !! Was introduced to Ty from a friend of mine, and from the get go he was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful in ordering my X7. During the process he upd !! During the process he updated me during my build, showed me MYGarage for additional tracking. When the car arrived he asked if I needed tint and ceramic coating as they detailed it. I am a 2 hour drive from the dealership and I detest paperwork and waiting all day at a dealership to get my new car. They had me do my credit app prior and all needed paperwork was sent in prior. So when I went to pick up the car, I met Alan, my client advisor (who is AMAZING). I waited about 10 min on a busy Saturday, the last day of the month, signed my paperwork in the finance office (NO heavy handed sales pitches to by extras, btw, which I appreciated), that took about 10 min, then they showed me the features of the car and customized the programming of the car (synced my phone, walked me through the new iDrive 8 (new to me), and lots of other screens and details that helped me to be able to drive off without me having to fidget with anything).... all in all the ENTIRE process took less than ONE HOUR!!!! NEVER have I gotten a brand new car and driven off the lot that fast... EVER!! HANDS DOWN the BEST experience I have EVER had at a dealership.. even BMWs and I have owed 8 in the past. Roman made it easy at the time of sale. Had everything taken care ahead of time and even returned my enterprise rental for me. Once we were working on the title and out of state sale/license plates Roman ghosted me and quit replying to my texts. A simple plate transfer resulted in additional time and expenses as they dropped the ball. Professional up front with marginal follow-up. It's a shame as the 330e is a great car. More
