He seems to enjoy what he was doing and it made us feel better about purchasing a car from him. He answered every question and was very helpful throught the process. Jackson was also very helpful and interested in helping us get the vehicle we wanted. Mickey was really helpful and informative. He knew that car inside and out. Any question we had he knew the answer too. He gave details as to what everything did and helped my wife set her phone up in the car and what buttons did what and how to navigate the info system. I called this dealership as I was interested in a used vehicle I found on CarGurus. I talked with Mike Kramer and could tell from the first time we spoke that this was going to be a great experience. Mike answered all my questions and gave me enough information over the phone for me to drive five hours and trade with him. We arrived at a busy time of a very busy Friday, but Mike continually had an attitude of helpfulness during our time there. Mr. Riggs in the finance department was great also. This day and time it’s hard to find great trustworthy people to deal with, but this team let me know it can still happen. I would highly recommend this dealership and especially Mike Kramer!
