Robb was the initial sales representative we encountered in December 2023. We stopped in, unannounced, on our way back home to Norfolk, Va. from FL. We stopped at BMW Wilmington because they had a new black in December 2023. We stopped in, unannounced, on our way back home to Norfolk, Va. from FL. We stopped at BMW Wilmington because they had a new black M8 convertible for sale. Unfortunately that M8 did not have the neck heater we needed. However, the incredible care and attitude displayed by Robert Figgs was such that in the Spring of 2024 I ordered my new M8 from Robb. Understand that Wilmington is over 200 miles from our home in Norfolk, Va. The entire transaction was done by phone with Robb and Chad, the Sales Manager. We also own an M850 Gran Coupe (purchased in Va. Beach). So the M8 is our 2nd BMW 8 series purchase. We are now sold on the BMW Wilmington professional level and personal attention to customer service. We will return there for all our future BMW purchases.
