We never expected the salesmen to be so polite and professional, especially since we weren't purchasing a BMW. Gareth made the trade and car buying experience easy. He made sure that all questions were answered, and I was satisfied with all of the dealings.. even making sure it was cleaned, washed and a recall for the tailgate latch was taken care of before they delivered it to me.
