I recently built my first BMW. I had shied away from doing so in the past because I thought it would be time-consuming and aggravating. My salesperson, Gareth, was incredibly knowledgeable from the beginning of the process to the end. He kept us informed throughout the build process and met us outside as we pulled up to pick up our new X5. We had completed so much of our paperwork ahead of the pickup that we were only at the dealership for two hours - much of that time was spent learning about all of the wonderful new features of the X5.
