I just purchased my second vehicle from BMW of Wilmington. Joey Fuchs was my Sales person each time. He made the process very pleasant and exceptionally easy. The first time I met Joey was over the phone when I was inquiring about a new BMW for my daughter who attends UNCW. He let me know what cars were available and walked us through the lot via FaceTime. Once we chose the car, we were able to complete the transaction from Florida by email and overnight mail. She returned to school, her car was waiting for her. Our second vehicle was purchased last month. We were looking for an SUV and Joey spoke with us over the phone first, then we visited the lot a few days later. Joey was in on his day off and lucky for us, he did not hesitate to help us find our perfect vehicle. A few hours later, I had a new SUV. We purchased a used bmw for our son because we trust our dealership and love the cars. We were interested in the x7 and was introduced to Roman in sales. No pressure sales just a relationship to help us find the right car. He was patient and many months later we contacted him to build a 2023 x7. He explained all the packages and we looked forward to receiving it end of year and to our surprise we were able to get it in Oct. he made sure everything would be smooth. We now needed financing and Chris Holland really helped ease anxiety and got us an even better rate than what we had investigated. All together they made this quick process so easy. There really is no better dealership! Corey also is the genius he is so nice and can’t wait to spend more time with him and learn more about our new x7 ! More
