Being a resident of Pennsylvania, I was not able to physically touch/feel the vehicle prior to purchase. Brooks did his very best to ensure my comfort level. Enough so that I purchased the vehicle, u physically touch/feel the vehicle prior to purchase. Brooks did his very best to ensure my comfort level. Enough so that I purchased the vehicle, unseen, this past Saturday November 5,2011. Overall a terrific experience. With a dealership and more importantly a client adviser I would recommend to a friend, family member, or anyone who is interested in a BMW. Thank you Brooks! More
I don't normally go to Ganley BMW because the service was always bad, but today I needed to have new wiper blades and I didn't feel like driving to Dave Walter in Akron so I stopped by Ganley to try and get always bad, but today I needed to have new wiper blades and I didn't feel like driving to Dave Walter in Akron so I stopped by Ganley to try and get new windshield wiper blades. I was very kindly greeted at the front door, which is new!! I also was introduced to the new manager Frank Steffen. He was very nice and lead us to the Cassie the Service advisor who made our experience very easy and quick. Bill the sales and parts director was also very helpful and nice. Dan Worked hard to fix my windshield problem, and it was a very nice and great change from my past experience at Ganley. I will be happy to return to Ganley in the future for service and sales. I will also let all my BMW friends know Ganley is a much more professional dealership now. Thanks again to Frank, Bill, Cassie and Dan!! More

The crew at Ganley has provided service for my last 8 BMWs and consistently done a great job. Some are older cars with 100,000 plus miles while others are new cars still under warranty. Both old and new BMWs and consistently done a great job. Some are older cars with 100,000 plus miles while others are new cars still under warranty. Both old and new get great service. I like the 75,000 mile club and the competitive charges associated with this for the older cars. It's great to be able to talk with the service advisor and with the mechanic directly if I need to. Mike is very friendly, and treated me very well. He is very professional. The dealership has always treated me well. I have been a customer there for 3 years. I have not liked going to other dealerships very professional. The dealership has always treated me well. I have been a customer there for 3 years. I have not liked going to other dealerships that rush through the write up process like cattle in a pen. More
This dealership tried to tell me there was $3000 worth of repairs needed to my car. When I got a second opinion, I discovered none of the problems Ganley BMW told me about were real. Be careful that this s repairs needed to my car. When I got a second opinion, I discovered none of the problems Ganley BMW told me about were real. Be careful that this scam does not happen to you at Ganley BMW--please get a second opinion to avoid having thousands of dollars of work quoted to you when none is necessary. More
I have abandoned this dealer a long time ago. I had an X5 which was bought from a Ganley Ford and it has about 20k miles on it. So i worked with Ganley while my vehicle was under warranty. I even extended it which was bought from a Ganley Ford and it has about 20k miles on it. So i worked with Ganley while my vehicle was under warranty. I even extended it to 70k. For a while before running past 70k my car needed a sensor changed. When i got it back the car ran ok for a while at least.. Then it overheated badly and i shut it off immediately with no warning whats so ever about the temp of the car...I get out of the car and the hose that should never come off by itself was out...obviously someone at Ganley when they changed that sensor they forgot to secure that hose. Obviously the car was out of its warranty by about 2k miles so they left the billing up to me. ( Dealers you must love them" Upon taking looking at the lose hose i find a substance on its walls a white hardened substance. We find out that its a temporary fix liquid that hardens in order for the vehicle to not leak. I kept telling them that coolant was leaking and their reply was a mere 'we pressurized it and it is fine' After I took the car in...they told me that this happened because there was in fact a coolant leak but it was an 'internal coolant leak and that is not the same thing' . So after all there was something wrong with my car while in warranty, but they didn't find it until it went out of the warranty.....They tried to bill 5k More
