Service has been OK in past, but this time was a disappointment. Had our car for about a week to fix the engine light, they promised to call with an estimate and instead we had to follow up more tha disappointment. During a routine wheel change I had asked the service department to check on an issue with the voice recognition system recently no longer acknowledging my voice commands. The staff did their best to understand and replicate the problem, and were very attentive in trying to resolve my issue. It ended up that this was an issue with a lapsed subscription to ConnectedServices. The subscription significantly enhances voice recognition, especially related to internet searches and navigation. Since they were not able to resolve the issue, they did not charge me the diagnostic fee. More
