Great sales experience. Ian was wonderful and made the whole experience easy. The finance manager Jayson was also great. Never felt pressured with either of them. Went in to just test drive the X3 M50 as the start of my new car search, but both the car and the service was so good that I bought without going anywhere else. Switched from a 2023 Audi and this experience just blew them away. My husband also owns a BMW that was purchased elsewhere but now serviced at BMW West Chester and he can't say enough about the team there as well, so I know I'm in good hands going forward. More
