We were warmly greeted when we walked into the West Chester BMW showroom without an appointment, and were quickly introduced to Scott Gately, our sales associate. He talked to both my husband and me for several minutes to determine what we wanted in a car, and did not waste time trying to talk us into something we did not want. He showed us one car,we test drove it, and bought it! Nick,the money guy, and Rachel, the Genius, were very helpful and knowledgeable. Every person we met in the agency treated us with kindness and respect, and knew their jobs well. Melissa Gibson was a pleasure to work with, she's welcoming and knowledgeable. The dealership was clean, there were plenty of complementary snacks and beverages available to customers. I have spent many years going to this dealership. In order to get my BMw and mini cooper serviced. The last time I got a vehicle serviced was for my BMW. Based on my previous experiences, I was used to receiving text messages and phone calls from the service advisors. This time I did not even get a text message or a phone call, especially when my car had so many issues with it. I really was contemplating in purchasing another BMW. However, since there was a lack of consideration for me as a customer, I went elsewhere for my new car. I did see my service advisor when I went to pick up my car and she didn't even acknowledge my existence by saying hello. More
