Amazingly, absolutely none of those things happened. Not a one, not even close. We never felt rushed, or pressured, or harangued. From the moment we started working with Scott, it was clear this was going to be a much more pleasant experience than we'd dared to expect. He was polite, unhurried, and willing to give us time to come to a decision. He responded to every question via email quickly, and made the final sales arrangements take less time than most meetings I've been a part of in the last 20 years. From the greeting at concierge, the pristine showroom, and the knowledgeable and accommodating staff, I felt at ease making my decision on my lease. I have dealt with Scott Gately for the past several years and have always recommended him to friends looking for a new, used or to lease a car. He is honest, focused and listens to your needs - which ultimately allows him to deliver you the best results. This last time around he worked with Wilmer Rodriguez (a sales manager) to get me a fantastic deal on a new lease.
