I usually do not write reviews, but felt I had to after this experience. We have bought and/or leased vehicles from West Chester BMW over the years and although they were good experiences, I must say leasi this experience. We have bought and/or leased vehicles from West Chester BMW over the years and although they were good experiences, I must say leasing our 2025X7 from Scott Gately was off the chart super great! We often hear about complaints and problems, but but not very often the opposite side of the coin. In this case I felt necessary to commend Scott for his professionalism, his enthusiastic attitude for his profession and his knowledge of the product. He took time and did not pressure us in any way, which is a pleasant experience in purchasing a vehicle. He covered all the features and options this car offers. He also took the extra effort and followed up with us after delivery to make sure everything was OK, and if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend visiting Scott if you are in the market for a nice vehicle. I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!! More
