Felt as if it was all hard core sales for a long term maintenance contract and upselling what really needed to be done for the service. Also, after agreeing to a price for repair, was called back and tol maintenance contract and upselling what really needed to be done for the service. Also, after agreeing to a price for repair, was called back and told it would much more expensive. The long and the short of it is that I had a $183 oil change with wipers replaced that we did not ask to be done. Total loss of trust in your service department. More
I rolled in for a low tire pressure without an appointment. The service person put air in my tires and discovered a screw in one tire. Greg Myers, my Service Technician was prompt in getting me se appointment. The service person put air in my tires and discovered a screw in one tire. Greg Myers, my Service Technician was prompt in getting me set up for a new tire and about two hrs later ( Greg warned me that they were quite busy) the car was ready. I was very pleased with the service and Greg is always very pleasant and professional. He always seems happy to provide the best service. More
