You never cease to amaze me. The above phone number has no prompt for the GM or anyone in the administration office. This apology is not sincere. It’s for the reviewers. You have no plans of redeeming the horrible service I received. I never even received an invoice for the work done on my car. I was told by the cashier, that Derrick would email me the invoice. I have yet to receive it. I have no record of what was done to my car. BMW of Towson, is no longer the dealership I once knew. The entire experience was a total disaster.
