Bo Brand found the car I wanted within hours of when I contacted him (unlike his competitors who took several days)right before he was leaving for vacation. While away he seamlessly handed off the follow-through to Bill Kasper who put the transaction together. It also became evident at the time of closing that the BMW of Towson staff including the finance manager, Tom Husson, had a genuine interest in automobiles and very knowledgeable of their product. They weren't just selling cars. . Although we live 60 miles from Towson, we will be going back to them when we buy our next car. More

So far we have had the unpleasant experience working with our salesman Rob. As was written in review before he is not interested in the customer at all. When we received the car the without all the things that we paid for and have been working to get them ever since. It is doubtful we would have been told that the locking lugs needed to be installed had I not pointed it out. My main concern is lack customer service after the sale. I had better service after I bought a 2003 Ranger from the Ford dealer. This has been a terrible car buying experience mainly due to our salesman. The dealership is going to have to work hard to get me to reconsider my opinion about them. I amending some of my earlier comments as the sales team has gone out of their way to smooth things over. Both of the sales managers, Ric and Chris also Rob, our salesman have taken the time to rectify the situation. As of now I have no complaints. I truly commend them on making the effort to work out the problem. This proves that they take the customer seriously and will work to make things right. I am glad that this has worked out because so many people had recommend this dealership. More
I went in because the sunroof on my 04 X5 stuck open on the back pane. Jason called me a few hours after dropping it off to tell me it need the cassette replaced. He told me they could disable the roof and lock it down. I asked several times if it would be locked down. After getting my X5 back the two panes that make up the sunroof were not locked down but were just laying down and popped up every time I closed the door. When he was confronted with this he began a he said I said argument and there was no solving the issue. Dealership before the customer attitude. I highly recommend Autobahn of Towson over this dealer if you need out of warranty work. More
Pre-judged me and my boyfriend when we walked in. Never let me test drive the car and pulled my credit right away without written consent. We were never approached in the lot and we had to go into the showroom and ask to be helped. Got snappy with us at the end, and never followed up with us like the three other dealerships we went to did. He was not a genuine trustworthy employee and we got that feeling right away. Called to complain and got no where with the manager. He said I should have came there ready to buy. For the whole hour we were there he never showed me a vehicle nor did I test drive one. More
I have a 1 1/2 year old 328i hard top convertible that was experiencing interior noise when the top was up. A BMW dealership in York, PA told me that the noise was normal for a convertible. I took the vehicle to Towson BMW and then located the problem and fixed it when promised. I had additional repairs made, I hit a raised man hole cover, and my service advisor called me everyday at 4 pm as promised. I had to take my vehicle in for an oil change today, dealt with a different service advisor, but was equally satisfied. The customer service is outstanding. I don't use the term "outstanding" lightly, as I am in the customer service business and I know that "outstanding" service is rare. From my 2 visits, thus far, I would recommend Towson BMW to any BMW owner for their scheduled maintenance or unexpected repairs. More

I arrived at the service department on Monday at 7:15 AM and they opened promptly at 7:30 AM. I was helped by my Service Advisor Jim Gugliette immediately. That Monday I was held up in meetings all day and was unable to take the call from my SA Jim. However, he left a detailed message on the issues and the ETA when the work was complete. He told me to expect the work to be completed by Tuesday afternoon and he would follow up and confirm on Tuesday. Tuesday came, and again, I was tied up in meetings throughout the day and could not take his call. Jim again let me a detailed voicemail informing me that the work was done with my car and it could be picked up anytime until 7:00 PM. Picking up was a breeze and took no more than 20 minutes. Overall Jim Gugliette did a great job keeping me informed and being very customer friendly. I will definately use BMW of Towson for Service again. More
Mr. Brand is one of the best. His attention to detail, knowledge, and desire to customize the car was very satisfying. I think he could go through every iDrive command with his eyes closed. He went through the entire menu, explained each choice, answering our questions with experienced advice, all the while creating a profile that customized the entire car for my wife. BMWAccess was well explained and fully implemented. His tutelage is like a graduate course in 2.5 hours. We became jaded with the volume of information but in the end- it was just right. He knew he hit it right from the number of times we said wow. Ken Warren handled the closing contract, payment, title, registration, warranty, options, and more that I can't remember. His mastery of documentation is like choreography but was a really smooth well planned flow off paperwork. I have no idea of how many pieces of paper passed through his hands but what went though ours was organized and well explained. I appreciated the soft sell on options and services because we put a lot into ordering the vehicle exactly the way we wanted and he respected that effort. There had to be at least a dozen others who participated in preparing our car, please convey to our thanks to them for a job well done. The followup call after purchase really showed you cared. The car is much better than we hoped. It was instantly more comfortable than any other car we have had. We can't express enough the appreciation we have for the way you listened and put this transaction on track. More
