I recently bought a new BMW X3 28i from Jose Vieima, a car salesman, at BMW of Towson. My experience was wonderful. I first started my search by using the internet. I was working with Russell BMW and BMW car salesman, at BMW of Towson. My experience was wonderful. I first started my search by using the internet. I was working with Russell BMW and BMW of Towson at the same time. I had many questions and I was not certain on the specific type of BMW that I would purchase. Jose got back to me immediately on all accounts so that I could move forward with my purchase. By the time I was ready to purchase my new BMW, I had all questions answered and was able to come to Jose's office ready to purchase my new car. The contract figures remained consistent throughout the buying process with no suprises. Jose was personable, not pushy, appeared sincere and honest. He had a genuine passion for the BMW as I do and I enjoyed his enthusiasm when talking about the car. His knowledge of the workings of the car were incredible. Jose played a significant role in my buying the car at Towson BMW and not Russell. I truly feel that I can depend on Jose, in the future, if questions arise concerning anything dealing with my new BMW. Thank you, Sincerely, Kathleen Breymaier More
I read on other reviews that Nic Brown is a pro, and I found that to be true in my purchase of a 2012 328i. Nic and I exchanged a few emails regarding the car, and made an appointment at a time convenient for me to meet. He was there and ready when I arrived - and spent a substantial amount of time with my wife and I going over the car, and attempting to make an obscure Technical Package feature work. After updating the software and doing a good amount of research, we were able to make it work - this involved a couple of hours of Nic's time and he still did not have assurance that I was going to buy the car! When it came time to negotiate, I told Nic I just wanted to pay fair market price - and he agreed. By the time we'd broken down the price using Kelly Blue Book, I realized I would be paying $1-2k less than KBB, plus Nic agreed to have some minor scuffs and a ding repaired! I got a great deal, a smooth no hassle transaction, and had a great experience! I highly recommend Nic, as well as Dave (finance) and the rest of the team at Towson BMW. More

Nic went the extra mile to accommodate my schedule. Everyone I dealt with was very knowledgeable and confident in the BMW brand. I'm looking forward to having my X3 serviced here. My wife is a disable military vet who was about to buy her first (used) BWM from Towson. I negotiated a fair price with the salesman before attempting to put a 5k deposit to hold the car till the weekend. her first (used) BWM from Towson. I negotiated a fair price with the salesman before attempting to put a 5k deposit to hold the car till the weekend. The Manager Bo Brand said the dealerships policy is to NEVER take deposits on used cars. Three days later we arrive at the dealership with USAA check in-hand only to be told that someone put a deposit on the car the night before and would be back in today to close the deal. When asked about the policy, Bo Brand told us he determines who he accepts deposits from, sorry. The then told us to pick something else or leave but the car we wanted is off the market, sorry. We even called the dealership before making the hour commute from DC and were told that the car is available. It wasn't until we got to the lot then suddenly the car is off the market to us. These guys are in the business to make money so for the life of me I can’t figure out why they would not hold or sell us the vehicle. I don’t want to speculate but it was clear that some sort of unethical behavior was at play here. Complained but upper management did nothing. If possible, take your business elsewhere. These guys are a part of Priority One Automotive Group which owns the Towson , Rockville, and Bel Air BMW dealerships, so stay aware if possible. The Passport BMW dealership was so appalled and disgusted by the treatment they had my wife “build” (on the computer) a new car and charged us the price that we were going to pay for the used car from Towson. Now that’s a class act. More
I received the most appalling service from BMW of Towson. Finally, 45 minutes later, I received help from a service manager who took me over to the waiting area so my car could be looked at. Over two hours later a diagnosis was made and I agreed to have it fixed. I was told it would only take an hour. However, 30 minutes later the service manager came back over and told me they did not have the part I needed in stock and they would have to order it. I would have to bring my car back on Tuesday morning and leave it to be fixed which I agreed to do after I was assured they would have a loaner for me and I could quickly drop my car for service and take the loaner. Tuesday morning I arrived to drop my car off for service only to be told I would have to wait in line to fill out paperwork for the loaner vehicle even though my service ticket was already written up. After waiting 15 minutes and making it clear I had to head to a meeting and could no longer wait, a nice woman in front of me offered to let me have her place since I was in a rush only to have the gentleman behind the loaner counter tell her I would have to wait because there were several other people still in front of me. (And then he laughed.) At this point I walked back over to the service manger, Derrick, that helped me in the first place and told him I would be leaving and not getting service at this dealership due to the deplorable customer service I had received and despite trying to spend $900 to repair my car at that location they did not seemed pressed for my business. As a BMW owner that has actually never stepped onto a BMW lot before this experience (purchased my car at another dealership,) I am appalled that they would treat a possible future customer (or any customer) in such a terrible manner. The service was so bad I am contemplating never buying a BMW again which is a same because I planned on leasing a new one within the next year. More
Nic was very helpful and respectful. He knew the 2011 model intimately. He brought a car in for me from a neighboring BMW dealer for me to look at. He was very attentive did everything he said he would model intimately. He brought a car in for me from a neighboring BMW dealer for me to look at. Mr. Brown responded immediately to request for BMWs that met our specs. He was patient as we explored options he found and responded when we suggested other models that better met our needs. The car had a p met our specs. He was patient as we explored options he found and responded when we suggested other models that better met our needs. The car had a perfume odor and Mr. Brown had the car deodorized before purchase as the odor was deal killer. Really appreciated his listening skills and patience as he described the features. We got a nice value on trade in and a small discount on price for the pre certified vehicle. All staff were friendly and helpful. Nick was great. More

Although I was looking for a new car, I found a used X3 with low miles on the Internet at this dealer that looked like it had everything I wanted on it. I decided to drive 65 miles to the dealer to test d with low miles on the Internet at this dealer that looked like it had everything I wanted on it. I decided to drive 65 miles to the dealer to test drive and confirm the car's configuration. Weeks before, I had actually ordered a new Mercedes from another dealer after weeks of study and deliberation but after test driving BMW and having all my questions answered satisfactorily by the salesman, I decided to purchase the BMW instead. We agreed on price relatively quickly, including a price for the Infiniti I traded in. Everything was taken care of as quickly as possible and I drove home in my BMW the same day. Can't have a better car buying experience than that. Bottom line: this dealer had the car I wanted with all the options I wanted, at a reasonable price, and that's why I bought it. I didn't have to become familiar with BMW because I had owned 5 of them. On the other hand, the Mercedes dealer was unable, even after weeks of discussions and my placing an order, to make me 100% comfortable with their process and the car, not to mention the 2-3 month wait to get it. Needless to say, that dealer was none too happy when I cancelled my order, and especially when I told them I had been able to buy my BMW in one day from such a responsive dealer. More
