I never felt as though I was being rushed out of the dealership. Jacqueline was very patient with me, clearly answered all of my questions about financing (I had a lot). Joe showed me all of the new features of the car, also clearly answering all of my questions. I'm a car enthusiast and know what I want, so there wasn't much I didn't already know about the car, but Joe was especially helpful explaining the new iDrive system. All in all a great experience.
