Customer service is very poor. Mangers never pick up or answer the phone. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them since January and it's now April. Notice how they only respond to 5 star reviews on this site. If they don't resolve the matter as promised I am going to escalate this to the HQ of Auto Nation and file a complaint with BMW. Customer service resolution is not rocket science. More
