From start to finish, I felt like I was talking to a car advisor. It didn't feel like a transaction at all. I voiced my preferences, they listened, and found the perfect car. My dealbreakers were very specific and a rare combination. Since they didn't have a car on their lot that matched fulfilled those requirements, they searched online and found one that matched my needs, but it was at another dealership. I trusted them so much I hadn't even seen the car before finalizing all the documents. It had everything I wanted and more, but I had no idea if I would even like looking at it. They showed me a car on their lot with the same color combination, so I could visualize it. Then they went to the other dealership, picked up the car, and delivered it to me. It seems their sales culture is to provide a memorable experience, and as a first time BMW owner, I am so happy I chose The Woodlands. More
