My service representative Jeff Whitaker is an outstanding service representative. He is very thorough on what needs to be done to keep my BMW in the best working order. Made a decision on a vehicle within 20min. Almost four hours later I was finally out the door after I decided to put my own temporary tag on at home just so I could get out of there. Finance was a comple hours later I was finally out the door after I decided to put my own temporary tag on at home just so I could get out of there. Finance was a complete disaster, never heard of not accepting a personal check. While in finance I asked Malik if someone could be getting the vehicle ready(remove stickers etc) so I didn't have to wait any longer on that and he said sales guy should be doing that now. Finish in finance, go out and sales guy is sitting at his desk, vehicle hasn't moved. Arrived at 3:30 left at 7:20. Absolutely ridiculous since there wasn't any price haggling involved. WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP EVER AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE More
