Given how much I purchased my car for, I would not rate my experience a 5 star sadly. Client advisor Arsalan was great from beginning to end however my experience with the guy from finance was terrible. Ex my experience a 5 star sadly. Client advisor Arsalan was great from beginning to end however my experience with the guy from finance was terrible. Extremely persistent to the point of frustration. He was also frustrated to the point he didn't give me a printed/ email copy of my purchase, I had to advise Arsalan that I did not have a copy AS I WAS READY TO DRIVE OUT. Was very disheartening. Would love to hear from the general manager what is the normal process is so that I can compare to my experiences with the financing part of my purchase. More
