I felt like a 3rd class passenger on the Titanic. I literally do not know if it is just this dealership or BMW period. However, the customer service SUCKS. I took my 740i in for service because the front sensor would turn off when it rains. They told me it BMW period. However, the customer service SUCKS. I took my 740i in for service because the front sensor would turn off when it rains. They told me it was nothing wrong with my car, that it was designed to cut off in the rain. Now America, what safety feature on ANY car that you know of has a safety feature designed to cut off in the rain? So I asked to speak to the manager, he came out with a print out, which was supposed to be his evidence from the manufacture to support their diagnosis. When I read the printout it did not have my model listed on their and I pointed it out and the manager proceeded to tell me to take it back to where I bought it from to let them take a look at it. The last question I asked the manager "was please explain to me why the loaner car's sensors and cameras did not turn off in the rain while I was driving it?" He told me he didn't know. He then told me yes he thought it was something wrong with the sensor but couldn't replace it unless it showed a code. He then actually proceeded to tell me to bring it back when it was raining. I left Cadillac to come to BMW and it is turning out to be a very bad decision..... More

I spoke to a service person when I brought my car in trying to confirm my appointment. He told me I could wait in the waiting area. I waited in the waiting area with absolutely no communication fro trying to confirm my appointment. He told me I could wait in the waiting area. I waited in the waiting area with absolutely no communication from anyone in the service department for 30 minutes. 2 customers arrived after me and were addressed by service personnel. I saw a man working in the area and told him i was not being helped. He was very courteous and apologized and said he would see to it that someone would help me. More
Jeff Whitaker is by far the best service advisor I've encountered since purchasing my BMW X5 in 2015. He has restored my faith in having my vehicle serviced through the dealership.
