I purchased a vehicle including signing up for the tire warranty. When I needed to use the warranty a year later, it turns out my car was not covered under the tire warranty. I was pleased with Bobby, the service rep who handled my case - he answered my texts promptly. I have driven an Infinity for years with service that provided not only picking up my vehicle but delivering it back to me. I had trouble finding a ride to the dealership to retrieve my car. I understand the COVID economy and can only hope this amenity is added in the near future at this dealership. More
