Jeff Whitaker is a credit to BMW as well as a wonderful person to deal with. He is a knowledgeable, straightforward and pleasant service representative. Moreover, he initiates options that we might have person to deal with. He is a knowledgeable, straightforward and pleasant service representative. So far my experience has been very bad. Bought the car on September 2 and fail by the 4 called the salesman and he said not to bring the car for my money back guarantee that he will take care of fixing the c September 2 and fail by the 4 called the salesman and he said not to bring the car for my money back guarantee that he will take care of fixing the car . Well now is the September 13 and the car is still not fix . I bought a car to drive not keep it at the dealership shop. And the worse part of it is that no one wants to take responsibility on fixing the car. I try to talk to the Gm. At the dealership but he didn't have the courtesy to come out to talk to me . It makes me feel as your company just doesn't care for customers after the sale is done. I'm hoping that someone there cares and get the job done. So if you who read this review care do something about it. More
I took my car in this past week because I had to get a new battery for it. These batteries are not cheap and the service rep knew I was tight on funds. I had no choice and had to get the battery. When I new battery for it. These batteries are not cheap and the service rep knew I was tight on funds. I had no choice and had to get the battery. When I went to pay I had to use a gift card, cash and the rest from my account which confirmed things were tight this week. I go home and discover that they had a coupon online to save $20 off a new battery. I was so disappointed that the service rep did not even offer me that discount on Saturday when he saw it would have helped. When I called them this morning to see if they would honor the coupon I was told no since I had not presented the coupon upfront. Lesson learned. They care more about the money and not their customer. I will never give them one red cent of my money again. They lost my business and my respect. They had a chance to show me what matter most and they proved it was money over people. More

Went in for an oil change on a car with 13,000 miles and told I needed an alignment and tires rotated. My maintenance warranty of course didn't pay for the alignment which was nearly $250. This was a certi told I needed an alignment and tires rotated. My maintenance warranty of course didn't pay for the alignment which was nearly $250. This was a certified pre-owned car I bought with 11,000 miles on it and it already needed an alignment? I also asked to have a "Genius" work with me on learning some of the set-ups etc. He knew his stuff but rushed thru everything and had a rather unpleasant odor. Rather than ask more questions I told him I knew it all now. More
Spent $229 For a wheel alignment and my steering wheel isn't even straight ! Had the service manager ride with us who said he agreed and give him time to talk to the mechanic Supervisor. That was last wee isn't even straight ! Had the service manager ride with us who said he agreed and give him time to talk to the mechanic Supervisor. That was last week. I checked in this week where The service manager said he would get on it. Still haven't heard anything back. We also were over an hour late to our concert waiting on them to realign the last Saturday. You are definitely not treated like a valuable customer here. Its more what you can do for them to make money and not what they can do for you to be a satisfied customer. If they cannot do a simple car alignment I would not trust them to do any other mechanics to my vehicle. If you’re paying a supreme price you want a supreme service. More
Great service every time. Good advice and you may be surprised to learn some prices are lower than bargain shops. They do price matching on some things too. surprised to learn some prices are lower than bargain shops. They do price matching on some things too. More
