I purchased a vehicle including signing up for the tire warranty. When I needed to use the warranty a year later, it turns out my car was not covered under the tire warranty. No one from finance never info warranty. When I needed to use the warranty a year later, it turns out my car was not covered under the tire warranty. I was pleased with Bobby, the service rep who handled my case - he answered my texts promptly. I was disappointed in the service that the dealership offered as my new car was towed in with a screw in the ti case - he answered my texts promptly. I have driven an Infinity for years with service that provided not only picking up my vehicle but delivering it back to me. I had trouble finding a ride to the dealership to retrieve my car. I understand the COVID economy and can only hope this amenity is added in the near future at this dealership. More

Thought it was an excellent experience. I was a little apprehensive, as it was my first visit at BMW of The Woodlands. All staff were polite. After making the deal, he has even followed up with me to see if I had any questions. I plan to take him up on that offer at a later date for I am not familiar with some of the vehicles features.
