TERRIBLE!!! Worst customer service ever! The sales person that sold me my vehicle was awful. There are some cosmetic issues that were discussed and when I bring it for the detail they would be fixed. Before I left he informed me he would DOUBLE-SIDE tape the door trim located by the number pad! Absolutely not should you use tape to fix an issue on a vehicle. Not to mention the key fob I was given that was all scotch tape together for it to work. Apparently that is their resolution to fix anything. I was told they don't carry that type of glue to fix it. But a dealership you'd think would make sure all vehicles leaving their lot would have all cosmetic issues repaired. Not in my case! Yes the vehicle I bought is used and not a BMW, but with any dealership I have been to when looking at or buying a used vehicle all cosmetic issues are addressed and fixed. Either before I take it or schedule when to bring it back for the full detail. I have called and left multiple voicemails for the manager and have yet to receive a callback. The sales person I dealt with was awful and has done absolutely nothing in regards to the issues. Definitely not the experience I had in mind for such a well known, pristine, high-end, high class establishment that takes pride in the name and vehicles. Well that is to be expected coming from a place of that stature. I bought a 2017 Ford Explorer for reference. By the way I'm still waiting on a call from the manager, full detail, new key fob and cosmetic issues to be repaired. More
I brin my m4 here for all of its service needs. Honza Hijecik is my advisor and I would never use anyone else. Great guy! While I was generally pleased with the level of effort Sean put in to get me into a vehicle, I don't think they put much effort into ensuring the used vehicles the are selling are safe and reliable. The Toyota Tacoma I purchased has several issues that while one was fixed, the rest were glossed over and I was basically told "it's an old vehicle, your on your own". The heater still doesn't work and that's a safety issue when the windshield fogs up and I can't see out to drive. And the vibrations from the front end are more serious than they were telling me. I'll be taking it to a Toyota dealership to find out. More
