No issues at all with how BMW of The Woodlands handled this service visit for a warranty repair to my air conditioner. Service representative was efficient and kept me up to date on the status of my repa this service visit for a warranty repair to my air conditioner. Service representative was efficient and kept me up to date on the status of my repair. Issue I have is that this is the third time I have had to take my 2019 X5 back for air conditioner warranty repairs. They replace a part and then 6 to 9 months later the unit has lost all refrigerant and I have to come back for a different a/c part to be replaced. I can only surmise that there are multiple design/manufacturing faults in my a/c unit or the service technicians have been unable to find the root cause of the issue More

Customer service is very poor. Mangers never pick up or answer the phone. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them since January and it's now April. Notice how they only respond to 5 star reviews on this site. If they don't resolve the matter as promised I am going to escalate this to the HQ of Auto Nation and file a complaint with BMW. Customer service resolution is not rocket science. More
