Kudos to Jeff Whitaker, service advisor and Neil Maddox for all they do to make owning a BMW great from initial services for two BMW’s I have owned. Purchased my car here. Sales rep was very new so sales mgr actually made the sale. The sales staff were all very courteous and professional. My average rating goes to the waiting area while having the car serviced — Appointments are taken and excellent communication follows but sitting there waiting, I had no choice but to compare the experience to the Infiniti dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. The lobbies of those dealerships have crackers, cookies, sodas, water etc for their customers. After spending the money I have spent on this car, I expected no less conveniences when taking it in for service. There was not one bottle of water in the fridge. Certainly no sodas. No crackers or anything. I was there almost 3 hours when I was told it was going to be a two hour oil change. I understand the lack of courtesy cars at this time but it takes very little money to make the lobby a More comfortable place to wait. Thus the rating. More

Dealership is clean and provides a nice area to wait for vehicle. Downside is that it doesn't provide amenities that Lexus and Infinity do to make wait more comfortable.
