I always loved the dealership and my BMW but when I went to inquire about turning in my lease and getting another one I was told that they didn't have any cars. Nobody has cars; however, they didn't even o to inquire about turning in my lease and getting another one I was told that they didn't have any cars. Nobody has cars; however, they didn't even offer to check on what they had coming in. I went to the the Lexus dealership who didn't have any cars either but offered to see what might be coming in within the next month. I was able to go back and look and then finally test drove one and they got my business. I have had 6 BMW's and loved all of them and thought I would always drive a BMW. I would not have checked around but for the shabby treatment I got at BMW from Aaron. Shameful. Because I am a little old lady, he blew me off. I had an appointment set up on line and when I showed up he told me that he didn't have an appointment with me! I have the emails! Not nice! Bobby in the Service Department is wonderful. More
