The sales lady was friendly enough. They told us our trade in was worth $4,000 but only offered $1 and said they’d “dispose” of it for us. We kept our car and sold it ourselves for $3,000 within 3 days. trade in was worth $4,000 but only offered $1 and said they’d “dispose” of it for us. We kept our car and sold it ourselves for $3,000 within 3 days. We went ahead and purchased the car we went for. The very next day, it wouldn’t start! We replaced the starter ourselves and it has been just fine since. The sales lady called to check in the following day. I told her about the car not starting and she apologized and said she’d check back with us in a few days. We never heard from her again. We bought a pre owned car. It’s just what we wanted, but we just never expected the trade in experience or to have to make repairs the very next day! For any future purchases, we’ll look elsewhere. More
