My service rep Alex remembered myself and my car from months ago, which is always nice and he took care of all of my needs and told me what time it would be done and it was done at that time! No issues at all with how BMW of The Woodlands handled this service visit for a warranty repair to my air conditioner. Issue I have is that this is the third time I have had to take my 2019 X5 back for air conditioner warranty repairs. They replace a part and then 6 to 9 months later the unit has lost all refrigerant and I have to come back for a different a/c part to be replaced. I can only surmise that there are multiple design/manufacturing faults in my a/c unit or the service technicians have been unable to find the root cause of the issue More

Customer service is very poor. Mangers never pick up or answer the phone. I have been trying to resolve an issue with them since January and it's now April. Notice how they only respond to 5 star reviews on this site. If they don't resolve the matter as promised I am going to escalate this to the HQ of Auto Nation and file a complaint with BMW.
