Purchased my car here. Sales rep was very new so sales mgr actually made the sale. The sales staff were all very courteous and professional. My average rating goes to the waiting area while having the car serviced — Appointments are taken and excellent communication follows but sitting there waiting, I had no choice but to compare the experience to the Infiniti dealerships that I have dealt with in the past. The lobbies of those dealerships have crackers, cookies, sodas, water etc for their customers. After spending the money I have spent on this car, I expected no less conveniences when taking it in for service. There was not one bottle of water in the fridge. Certainly no sodas. No crackers or anything. I was there almost 3 hours when I was told it was going to be a two hour oil change. I understand the lack of courtesy cars at this time but it takes very little money to make the lobby a More comfortable place to wait. Thus the rating. More
Dealership is clean and provides a nice area to wait for vehicle. Downside is that it doesn't provide amenities that Lexus and Infinity do to make wait more comfortable. Purchased my new x3 from this dealership. There are 2 major red flags here. First, they don't accept personal checks, but only cashiers check. I have never had this happen before. They don't tell you this beforehand but rather after the fact. If you say fine, I will bring a cashier's check tomorrow, they say, "Oh, well if you come back the car might be sold to someone else." It's as if they want you to finance and play the emotional game of losing the car if you don't act now. Second, the finance guy Malik, is a sweet talker, and a fraud. Never once did he mention that with financing you get $1000 BMW cash. Instead he netted out some extended warranty for that price, making it appear that this warranty was "Free" I never wanted the warranty but he assured it was free. Instead he should have stated that you are going to get Bmw cash of $1000 and then mentioned all the warranty stuff, which I still would have declined. This is unethical and they owe me $1000. Tried emailing and calling but they don't respond. Every time I try to talk to a manager he is too busy. Never buying a car from them again. I don't appreciate this kind of unethical practice especially from a high end brand. More
