I’m extremely pleased with BMW in the Woodlands. I’ve had many unpleasant, drawn out and deceitful experiences with car dealerships. Though probably an anomaly, BMW in the Woodlands and Jay Ali have I’ve had many unpleasant, drawn out and deceitful experiences with car dealerships. Though probably an anomaly, BMW in the Woodlands and Jay Ali have restored my faith of this industry. I think also worth mentioning, that I drove 3 hours to do business with them. Down to even the finance department, my time was never wasted and I received the most transparent, attentive service. Thank you Jay for going above and beyond. More

I had a generally bad experience with this dealer. The car they told me I could test drive had no bumper on it and I was not able to drive it after driving 45 minutes to the dealer. Purchased what was advertised as a Tesla model y long range.After questions concerning range,advertised vs what my car was indicating I called Tesla and was informed the car is actually a standard range range.After questions concerning range,advertised vs what my car was indicating I called Tesla and was informed the car is actually a standard range model incorporating the new 4680 battery.Which has 50 miles less in range and costs $4000 less.I definitely would not have purchased the car knowing that.Range was critical in my decision.I definitely feel I have been misled. More
