I give this dealership an average rating for a couple of reasons. 1) I am 3 weeks into driving this car and have not received a second key that was owed. I have been told that the key is now on order and reasons. 1) I am 3 weeks into driving this car and have not received a second key that was owed. I have been told that the key is now on order and once received, the new key will be mailed to me and they will arrange programming at the local BMW dealer. 2) i live in a state other than texas and have a specialty plate. They were to transfer the tag. I have no registration so I have no inspection sticker. There was obviously no urgency in getting this paperwork processed in spite of conversations regarding this need. At this time. The service is average and the issues, while promised, are still unresolved. More

Poor customer service. Held the car key during the whole buying process. Then after all papers were signed gave me the key fob with no key in it. Only can push start the car with no door key and said they couldn’t do anything about it. They seem like they didn’t care about the customer just wanted to make a deal. Bought a car here from out of state 7/30/22. I’m still waiting on my title paperwork and bank never got the title either. Neil M the is the most incompetent GM. I’m in the middle of a refi and my CU is about to cancel because this dealership can process the paperwork properly or in a timely manner. They already had to deal with my lawyer because they sold me a warranty that was never applied to the car. Had I not looked into canceling product with my loan I’d never known. Imagine how many people they have fraudulent sold warranty products too that haven’t a clue was never applied. I’ve filed complaints with Texas Dept Motor Vehicles, FTC and BBB contacted BMW corporate how this place operates. Neil is such a coward he has Eric and Malik handle serious complaints and customer concerns. This dealership is the worst. Over 40 calls in 3 weeks to get the paperwork by myself and the bank with no replies. Sounds like the GM needs to be fired as well as his finance team. Texas Attorney General’s Office is investigating them now. Avoid this at all cost. I’ve owned several BMWs and never seen such incompetent people representing the brand. Plenty of reviews reflect the same experience I’m having now. In talks to have a news journalist go in with cameras to get some results why this happens and so frequently. Be leary if your finance guy is Sean Engle. He will strait up lie to your face about products and such. He’s shady and unethical to say the least. Once you purchase products and need paperwork on them and want to cancel, he will ghost you in a second. None of them will return a single call. You have to get a lawyer or AutoNation Corp involved.
