The worst. I'm in the market for a new BMW X5 and went to this dealership because a friend recommended them. I looked at and drove the car and liked it. I wanted to get a value for my trade and the salesman (Jacob) gave me a ballpark of the amount. I was going to look at one other car and said I would get back with him. I emailed the salesman (twice) with questions and a request for an appointment to come back but received no reply. I went back to the dealership because I had decided to buy the X5 and talked to the same person. When I mentioned he did not reply he kind of blew it off. I told him that I needed a more specific trade value, he said he would get with Management. Soon a manager guy came over and said that my car was too unique (Rivian) for them to appraise and they would need to get with Autonation corporate for the trade amount. He said it would take about an hour, and they would call me as soon as they got something. I received no call. I then called the salesman and left a message. He called me back saying that he would check with management again and call me right back, again no call. He then sent a text a couple hours later saying he would call me in the morning, no call. That was the last time hearing from them. I then went to the Autonation website and found that they would give me an online evaluation, after 60 seconds of info entry I received a dollar amount that they would pay me directly for my car. For some reason a dealership full of people could not complete the same task. All I can think is that they didn't like me, thought I couldn't afford their X5, or maybe didn't think they could make enough money off of me. For whatever reason they clearly did not want my business. Keep this in mind when you shop at these large Wall Street owned dealerships, they have no connection to the community and are focused solely on shareholder profits. What a shame. More

I have user this dealership twice now & have been exceptionally pleased worth their service. I went on for a routine oil change & ended up purchasing a 5-year service plan. My service rep Sergio gave exceptionally pleased worth their service. I went on for a routine oil change & ended up purchasing a 5-year service plan. My service rep Sergio gave me a desk to set up & work at while I was waiting on the loaner car. He was also very professional & courteous in helping me choose the right maintenance service plan to best suit t needs. I will say that I was a bit disappointed that the Parts Dept. didn't call when my new key fob that I ordered came in, as promised. But the service dept guys that I've used, Sergio & Darnell, are both WONDERFUL!!! I would highly recommended them! More
