I am always happy with the service here and the staff. I had Armando as my service advisor for the first time, and he was very nice and thorough in discussing my car. Sales person was friendly and allowed sufficient time for me to explore different options. The finance person was professional. Q is by far the best service associate for BMW, it’s hard these days to actually find someone who puts the effort into their job, most of them just collect a paycheck and do the minimum just to get by. Q gav these days to actually find someone who puts the effort into their job, most of them just collect a paycheck and do the minimum just to get by. Q gave me up to date information in a timely manner. When I had a technical question (for the techs), she replied the message and replied back quickly with all the details. Very impressive with her work ethic. A+! More
This was our first time buying a car from BMW of the Woodlands and it will be our last. We were told our TPMS sensor would be replaced/fixed upon taking delivery of our car. We were told we just had t Woodlands and it will be our last. We were told our TPMS sensor would be replaced/fixed upon taking delivery of our car. We were told we just had to get it reset by our sales guy (why could they not do this), so we took it to DT to have them reset the sensors. They told us 1 of them was out and needed to be replaced. This is something BMW could have diagnosed when they did their initial inspection, but that was now our job. We let BMW know, and our sales guy said the part was ordered, and said we had an appointment to get it taken care of. I called the parts department to make sure they had the part, and they were never told to order one, so they ordered one. When my wife got the car in for her appointment, they said they had NO appointment for her. Not surprised at this point. The long and short of it for us was that any phone calls or ordering or communication needing to be done, had to be and was being done by us. We never got callbacks, updates, appointments scheduled, or anything. If you call in and need a specific person, good luck. I've probably spent 4 hours on the phone with this dealership just to get the run around over and over again. When they looked at my wife's car, they replaced the sensor and quoted us $900ish dollars, which we refused and they had to do their homework to figure out it was an item being replaced under the sale of the car. More proof that no one is communicating inside their office. Then (5 hours later while my wife waited with a dead phone) we were told that the replacement did not work and told us they would replace all the sensors. This was over a week ago and we've yet to hear from ANYONE. I've called multiple times, left messages, and now sent an email. Communication is a 0 out of 10 for this dealership. I've never had to do more leg work in getting things done that were promised than I've had to do with BMW of the Woodlands. It should be said that I DO NOT like leaving bad reviews. If I owned or operated this dealership I would want to know what was going on so I could get to the bottom of it, so that’s why I’m leaving this review. This review reflects how the dealership has inconvenienced me and made me feel overall. I'm sure plenty of people have different experiences that are not reflected in MY personal experience. More
Some issues came up with my used Suburban shortly after purchasing it. Called the dealership and they connected me with Ronny, a sales manager. Brought the vehicle in. Ronny is great to work with and is purchasing it. Called the dealership and they connected me with Ronny, a sales manager. Brought the vehicle in. They make things so easy and are always professional. If you need to wait for a bit, people always check in with you. Have bought my last three cars here and get all of our service needs here as well. If you need to wait for a bit, people always check in with you.
