I have never been treated worse in the many transactions I’ve had w BMW EVER! After buying several BMWs w this dealership. My last (and believe me..MY FINAL) transaction where BMW owed ME money, they refu I’ve had w BMW EVER! After buying several BMWs w this dealership. My last (and believe me..MY FINAL) transaction where BMW owed ME money, they refused to pay, and even lost my title to ensure my payment was delayed. Once payment was finally relinquished, they refused to deliver my long over due check same day as promised. I’m still awaiting my $50k payment, more than two weeks after they took AND SOLD my gwagon as collateral, and left me waiting at their mercy, due to their own incompetence. I’m a Beemer girl, tried and true. After this. I’d never buy from a company who values me so little EVER AGAIN! More
