Misty went above and beyond, completely exceeded all my expectations. I loved my 2013 X3, and was clearly not prepared for the technology of my new 2024 X3. She spent so much time with me, setting everyt expectations. I loved my 2013 X3, and was clearly not prepared for the technology of my new 2024 X3.
