Dealer provided excellent service and quality workmanship for key maintenance work. Our Service Rep Robert Jenkins was first class. Best rep we’ve had in many years! for key maintenance work. Our Service Rep Robert Jenkins was first class. Best rep we’ve had in many years! More
Sales Advisor was fantastic. After the sale, I can’t get a response from Service except Receptionist who says they’re very busy and appointments are a week away. After the sale, I can’t get a response from Service except Receptionist who says they’re very busy and appointments are a week away. More
The service department is great to work with Jason is a car guy and knows exactly what he is talking about. Guy is knowledgeable on the SIB/TSBs and knows pretty much all of the BMW car models inside and car guy and knows exactly what he is talking about. Guy is knowledgeable on the SIB/TSBs and knows pretty much all of the BMW car models inside and out. The guys that bring in the cars like the M4 CSL and such all seem to like him as well. Would definitely recommend this dealership for service. More
I've purchased cars from multiple luxury car dealerships, and well.. this isn't one. To explain, BMW of the Woodlands is a national dealership. It's just a cookie-cutter shop. Meaning whether it is luxury o and well.. this isn't one. To explain, BMW of the Woodlands is a national dealership. It's just a cookie-cutter shop. Meaning whether it is luxury or nonluxury, they're all the same. I call it the dentist's office of dealerships. Here's my experience. It took roughly 8 hours, which was not great, but okay. The problem is there's no food, only water and coffee. The bathrooms were dirty. The car was different from what was advertised. It has the wrong mileage; it said one owner when there were 2. The tires of the purchased car looked like someone spent all day on the track with them. No one came over to help me set up the BMW app. And $70 for a Puma t-shirt that's not even embroidered is ridiculous. I purchased a 2023; throwing in some free oil changes or free inspections to get people back to your dealership after the purchase might be a good idea. The sales team felt genuine and had a great time chatting. More
Purchased a new BMW that unfortunately had issues that could not be resolved. Now this may sound like a bad situation but BMW Woodlands gave us a new loaner and worked with BMW North America to get us ano could not be resolved. Now this may sound like a bad situation but BMW Woodlands gave us a new loaner and worked with BMW North America to get us another car. We are really pleased with the service at all levels all the way up to the GM. Jason one of the service managers would communicate with us pretty much daily while our car was in service and Jay our salesman was checking with us regularly as well. I would definitely buy another BMW from them. More
