Gabriel called me at 7:30 Monday morning and had my car repaired, oil changed, took care of a recall, and installed new wipers by the end of the day. Made my purchase of CPO car remotely. They were very slow to complete the deal and it took almost entire 3 days. Communications were “spotty” on many occasions requiring hours for what sh They were very slow to complete the deal and it took almost entire 3 days. Communications were “spotty” on many occasions requiring hours for what should take minutes. I had to put great effort on my side as nobody seemed to be interested and eager to “walk me though the deal”. Though shipping with my career went goid as dealer participated in loading the car. Car came to me on a truck and it does not look that they did any CPO preparation what so ever other than putting new tires on it. Car had a factory installed decal peeling and striping on both sides of the roof that was not replaced or removed. Also car was badly out of alignment requiring a trip to the repair shop. If I was picking the car not remotely but in person - I would never take car delivery and complete the deal and take delivery unless they completed those items. Now I faced additional $400 expense to deal with items they had to address during CPO process. Hence my rating is low - very unreliable dealer which need to improve to be reputable. More
