Sales staff is very knowledgeable, professional and helpful. Be aware of offers mailed to the home that are not shared with sales staff, making any negotiations awkward. This is the second car I’ve bought from this dealership and both times the expectation was that I’d pay full sticker price for an X5 purchase. After applying the discount offered (nothing more), I was told the price I was getting was invoice and that the sales rep would get no commission. I’m not sure why that would be my problem. Seems like Auto Nation has some management disconnects with its staff. Otherwise, the car is great and the rest of the transaction went smoothly. More
