I did not know BMW The Woodlands is now part of Auto Nation. Not disclosed! They do mass sales. Auto Nation is very oriented and determined to sell you a car before you leave the dealer. Be careful, I had to ask for the second control remote key, and it did not have the spare key inside. They promised a detailed car wash and full tank. None was done. As per the finance guy, Malik, he is a master manipulator. You will not leave until he sells you thousand of dollars in WARRANTIES. Even if you said NO many times, he takes advantage of your vulnerability and exhaustation. Once at home and relax, you realized what these warranties are, how they overlap each othwr, and how thousands of dollars were added to your loan. You have the right to cancell, but DON’t you dare cancel! He takes it personal! And your nightmare starts. They would not return your money as easy as they take it from you. Complaints?
