I can create many different accounts and my feedback will always be there for them regardless at every site I find where I can rate them. They rightfully deserve all negative feedback they get. Customers should be aware about their @presatiry” business practices. For your own good try and find another BMW dealer to deal with. This place deserve no respect and has no self awareness in their chase to take advantage of customer for every chance they can. Rude and disrespectful personnel. If I could give them zero feedback - I would. If you still choose to deal with them after reading this - that be your loss. I am very very surprised they have not been taken to court and put out of business yet. Here i2021 CPO BMW I3 REX that I remotely purchased from that dealership on 2/8/2021 and was Monday 2/12/2024 while carrier did absolutely outstanding job delivering it to me. However as soon as it was rolled off the truck - I have noticed peeling OEM decals factory installed by BMW on both sides of the roof molding, which were not addressed in sale prep. I have taken car for the ride and immediately noticed that it is pulling to the side with steering not centered and is out of alignment. When I called local BMW dealer -they quote me $259 plus tax for alignment( considered wear and tear) and to remove peeling roof decals it would be additional cost around $200 plus per side. In order to make car drivable I finally took it to local shop and paid $120 for alignment with copies of documentation that it was not aligned presented to me. Furthermore to just remove peeling decals without replacement I have to pay local tint shop $225 ( 3 hours of work). I have all shop estimates, invoices and prices together with computerized data and photos to show as a prove while car still has only 11,462 miles, so did not even got driven 50 miles yet.All in all it is $345 extra expense presented to me unexpectedly( that is not counting my time spent), because Woodland BMW CPO process did not address those issues. In whole honesty if I was picking car in person and not remotely - I would not buy it and take it off the lot if those items were not fixed prior. CPO should re-certify car to nearly pristine condition, but Woidlands BMW simply did not do it, making me wonder what else was not done and overlooked. Now they were expecting customer satisfaction and me leaving feedback for service experience. Well it is not good. I have tried to contact them to only experience rude and obnoxious behavior from their used car sales manager and be ignored by salesperson Nariah Brown. Deal was extremely slow and I was forced to feel like a nuance and a shamed for asking to reimburse me for what should have been done initially. I am in process of exploring legal avenues directly with BMW and burrs if a better business now. So now you have a true story, hence make a vise choice and avoid this place, unless you are looking for similar experience…. More

I had a notice the day before I had a message come up saying my key was missing battery or something like that so I mentioned it to Ms. Q and she said my battery in fabe was probably low and without another word replaced it. No charge they sent a video home with me on my phone showing them under my car examine it and explaining nothing was wrong but I might want to have brake shoes checked in the next year, they are thorough and very nice! More

My 2024 X7 was towed in on a Sunday with a computer issue that left me stranded at the grocery store. I was devastated! I love that car! Gabriel called me at 7:30 Monday morning and had my car repaired, oil changed, took care of a recall, and installed new wipers by the end of the day. I couldn’t be happier with my unwelcomed experience. I will definitely be back for all of my maintenance. Thank you so much to Gabriel and Jimmy for such a pleasurable visit. More
