Everything was straight forward. They don't seem to want to negotiate. As allways, the finance rate was much higher than it should be for someone with an 800+ credit rating. My husband and I recently got our first BMW at this dealership. The service was wonderful and I cannot say enough good things about our sales rep Reshail and the rest of the team. Highly recommend this dealership. The service director, Joe, was so helpful. I got a flat half-way into my 5 hour trip. I was stranded with my dog and child. I purchased a 2024 M3 Competition xDrive from this dealership in early September 2023. The entire purchase process was a nightmare. I special ordered this car in June and I had to babysit the salesp dealership in early September 2023. The entire purchase process was a nightmare. I special ordered this car in June and I had to babysit the salesperson through the entire process. He submitted the options wrong the first time, but luckily I caught it in time before it was produced. I chose to use the Performance Center Delivery where you accept your vehicle at the BMW Performance Center in Spartanburg, SC. The dealership waited until the last minute to conduct paperwork, so I had to meet a notary at a hotel in Chicago as I was out of town on business. Additionally, I had to wait over an hour at the Performance Center because the dealership didn’t mail the temporary plates as required and they would not let me take the car without them. My BMW guide at the Performance Center said it was the most difficult dealership he’s ever had to work with. But that’s only the beginning. When purchasing the car, I was charged $5,575.42 for tax and registration. When registering the car in October, the amount due was only $3,601.45. Therefore, the dealership overcharged me for sales tax by $1,973.97 and I was owed a refund. The DMV said they would mail the refund check to the title company who would reimburse the dealership. I let the salesperson know on 10/26/2023. I did not hear anything back. I followed up on 01/18/2024 to which I was told they would look into it. I followed up again on 02/12/2023 with no response. I followed up again on 02/14/2024 and was told they didn't overcharge me. I followed up again on 02/15/2024 and was told it would be resolved. I followed up again on 02/20/2024 and was told it should have been credited to my BMW account. It was not. I followed up again on 04/08/2024 and they asked for more information on where the refund check was sent to. I followed up again on 04/29/2024 and received no response. I called the dealership on 04/30/2024 and asked for the general manager who put me in touch with the finance manager. The finance manager did not respond. I finally got back in touch with the finance manager on 05/08/2024 and he asked me to send receipts. I sent the receipts on 05/08/2024. I did not hear anything back and followed up again on 05/24/2024. I was told the check was being mailed out that day and I did receive a check. However, the check was for the wrong amount ($1,543.78). I informed the finance manager on 05/28/2024 who told me that amount was correct, despite having very clear receipts that say otherwise. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. More
