Things went awry with our loan deal, done by the dealership. We never got the finance papers until today ( 5 days after purchase) and we requested the docs several times!! We specifically said we wo dealership. We never got the finance papers until today ( 5 days after purchase) and we requested the docs several times!! We specifically said we would NOT join a CU for a deal, and yet today we were told to call Lender to become a credit union member!! We won’t be doing that. Also, we purchased this vehicle with a cracked windshield because we were told it would be ordered and replaced ASAP, but still waiting on that too. The only reason we gave you 2 stars is the vehicle was cleaned for us and tank was full. More

Very disappointed. .. picked up I4 ... was told by the salesman Mathias Vasquez that "no signal no coverage at dealership due to recent storms and power outage" / comp .. picked up I4 ... was told by the salesman Mathias Vasquez that "no signal no coverage at dealership due to recent storms and power outage" / completely false, they were aware of the problem. Impossible to connect to the car / to get any telematics / data. Went back to service.. lost 1 day ... no result. Now vehicle is in BMW Cl Lake service... no idea about problem/solution. Be aware , do not listen to pressure sale unreal story... The vehicle is still in BMW Clear Lake service after 1 week ... hope to have it back soon... More
