The Service Manager, Joseph M, and Darnell have replied to me, brought my car to me yesterday, and said the would refund the cost of the oil pan repair. They did not mention paying for the towing. He also offered to pay for the cleanup which I had already done. So, they have responded well and, if I get the refund, I will be satisfied. Bill Faltesek
