We are completely satisfied with BMW Woodlands. Vern and Damien make a good team. Vern selected several autos for us to test drive. We made a decision and then on to financing. I had the greatest experience with my Service Advisor, Darnell. He kept in touch with me from the moment I dropped off my vehicle until it was ready. Normally we all dread having to get our car to a dealer even when it’s scheduled maintenance. It was my first experience with a BMW and with Woodlands BMW so i didn’t know what to expect. Will they have the parts? Will I get my car back today? Hopefully it’s not next week! Wow! My car was serviced, washed, and ready to go by lunchtime! Amazing!
