My vehicle was due for 3 year service. Scheduled the appointment with a loaner then adjusted the schedule due to our own needs that popped up prior to service date. When our vehicle brought to the shop, Sergio reviewed the service items with us again prior to commencement, then sent update on the progress with photos and videos as it progressed, and sent us note when the vehicle was ready to be picked up. Sergio and staff in BMW of the Woodlands made the service of our vehicle smooth and almost effortless to us. More
