We showed up about 3:30 pm from out of town with an "emergency" hard miss in the engine. Patricia took us in, made a quick evaluation and estimate and solved the problem in about an hour and a half. Jason Nunnery and the other service rep that I saw on my last visit were very professional, kind and caring. The only disappointment that I have on my last visit is that it took two weeks for them to find last visit were very professional, kind and caring. The only disappointment that I have on my last visit is that it took two weeks for them to find the noise that I was hearing and what they did, did not fix the noise. It is still there. I have had enough experience with Jason and Peformance BMW that I know when I let them know the noise is still there, they will willingly try to get to the problem! More
We could have bought this car in Lynchburg VA because it is closer. We come back to Performance because of the excellent sales and service. When I first visited Performance it was on a VERY busy Saturday afternoon. Although I had to wait a while for a sales person to become available - the wait was definitely worth it! This BMW dealer, unlike others I have dealt with is outstanding. The most important aspect was my being left alone to look at the available cars without a sales person jumping all over me the second I outstanding. When I was ready to ask questions I was dealt with in a professional and unassuming manner. There was no hype, no pressure and I was made to feel comfortable about the entire process.
