Jeff C. in the service department at BMW Southpoint was truly a pleasure to work with. From the moment we arrived, he was professional, courteous, and really paid attention to every detail. He took the time to explain everything clearly, kept us updated throughout the process, and made sure we understood what was going on with our vehicle. What stood out most was how honest and trustworthy he was — you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants to do right by them. It's not always easy to find someone like that in the auto service world. Because of Jeff, I feel completely confident bringing my car back here for any future service needs. Knowing he's there gives me peace of mind, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend BMW Southpoint to friends and family.
Always terrific customer service at this dealership. Staff is professional, knowledgeable, and service-oriented. Really appreciate the vehicle inspection videos they share. Even offer complimentary vacuum and wash sometimes!!
Appt time was not met, car was not charged after service, and it took 18 minutes for my car to be delivered.
What stood out the most was the customer care. They kept me updated throughout the process and even followed up afterward to make sure everything was running smoothly. Highly recommend this BMW service center to anyone who wants quality work with excellent customer service.
